We are under contract...........
It's official.......Devlon's house in under contract after a few rounds of countering. The option period started on Thursday. So...after all the formalities and such we are due to close before Christmas. This is a HUGE weight lifted off our shoulders!
Getting ready for our couple's shower tonight in Rockwall. Should be exciting! Look for pictures tomorrow!
