More Delays
Yep, you read that right. Another delay on my closing. It is really starting to stress me out! They STILL don't have all the paperwork from the buyer's loan company. I am going out of town this weekend (leave tonight for the river!) so closing has been bumped to next Tuesday. Monday I have a training all day at work I can't leave. Cross you fingers this will happen and my condo will be sold by Tuesday! So........until then!

Strange things happen when you are anxiously awaiting the sell of your house! We had "sold" our house by the midle of December and then the woman who was going to buy it had a stroke(she was 79). So we let her out of her contract. That was the beginning of Jan!! how stressful! I'm confident all will work out and you will be condo-free by next week!!
Fingers are double crossed! Happy Bday to Devlon too!!! CAll me when you get back.
